La nostra azienda produce pasta con grano Senatore Cappelli da agricoltura biologica.
Senatore Cappelli è una varietà di grano antico proveniente dal nord Africa, che è stata coltivata in Italia (il 60% della produzione di grano duro italiana era fatta con questa varietà), perché aveva rese maggiori, ad ettaro, rispetto alle altre varietà locali.
