The durum wheat semolina pasta is made by mixing durum wheat semolina, water and working this preparation in different forms.
Vegetables that are traditionally considered more like Apulian products, although they are also cultivated in Lazio and Campania. They are rich in minerals (calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, iron and phosphorus) as well as vitamin B (B1 and B2), PP, C and A.
