The durum wheat semolina pasta is made by mixing durum wheat semolina, water and working this preparation in different forms.
Aglianico del Vulture is a DOC (Designation of origin) wine of the Aglianico grape produced in the Vulture area, in the province of Potenza (Basilicata) and it is one of the greatest red wines of Italy.
Its alcohol content (% Vol) ranges from 11.5 to 14 degrees. It matches very well with both white and red meats, game and very seasoned cheeses.
